Just had a wonderful experience at Jack’s. Nothing “over the top,” just a pleasant exchange and a kind smile. Sometimes the smallest things are what mean the most. I believe her name was Paris. Thank you for your positive spirit and sweet smile. This Jacks always has lightning fast service and quality food. Well done, guys!

We usually go on Saturday and Sunday mornings and the girls that are there are so sweet and welcoming! They definitely make us want to come back! Our weekend breakfast will always be at this Jacks!

I've ordered no. 5 on the menu before at other Jack's and the food was usually cold but at this Jack's I had to say was the best! My food was hot and good because someone paid attention to detail ! My order was right and the service was great !

5 stars b/c it's my favorite restaurant. This location has been through it! Whew! May we get a robot for the drive-thru? No one has time for people who whisper and then get an attitude b/c they miss their phone. Jack's, I get hiring is not the fun. May I get a robot in the drive-thru at all locations? Contact/hire me for more ideas.

We recently got an order that wasn't the best! I called and Kelly (manager on duty) was super nice about it and even after they were closed she offered to fix it! We setup to receive the order the next day! It was the best and most enjoyable chicken box we have ever had there. She made everything fresh for my family and I! Thank you Kelly they are lucky to have you. You definitely made things better and we will definitely be coming back!
